The Office of Administration (OA) is requesting technical submittals for services to support the OA Information Technology Office (OIT) Technology Business Office (TBO) for Business Planning services such as planning, strategic roadmapping, business relationship management, portfolio management, project management, technology consulting, and business analysis.
All Offerors are required to create a user profile within the Commonwealth's JAGGAER portal.
