Description: The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry (DLI), Bureau of Workforce Development Administration (BWDA), is seeking a vendor to assist the department with the creation and administration of a program that provides workforce development information support to small and medium sized farms and small agribusiness.

All Offerors are required to create a user profile within the Commonwealth's JAGGAER portal.
