Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PA DOC) is seeking a qualified contractor to participate in an RFP to provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, parts, and supervision necessary to deliver and distribute television services with local and dedicated channels (approved by the PA DOC) as well as Satellite radio to multiple PA DOC facilities throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Streaming services are preferred but cable and satellite services are also an option. The PA DOC would like translation software for dedicated channels. This translation software should provide closed captions from English to Spanish, French, German, and Russian.
