INITIAL TERM OF PURCHASE ORDER IS TO BE ONE YEAR (12 MONTHS), WITH UP TO 4 (FOUR) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR RENEWALS, WITH AN ANNUAL PRICE INCREASE OF UP TO 3% PER YEAR. THE RENEWALS ARE OPTIONAL. PURCHASE ORDER LINES WILL BE ITEMIZED BY THE DIFFERENT WEIGHTS OF CLOTH.

Pursuant to Executive Order 2021-06, Worker Protection and Investment (October 21, 2021), the Commonwealth is responsible for ensuring that every Pennsylvania worker has a safe and healthy work environment and the protections afforded them through labor laws. To that end, contractors and grantees of the Commonwealth must certify that they are in compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws. Such certification shall be made through the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP-2201) and the completed form must be submitted with the bid, proposal or quote.
Only electronic bids are acceptable for submission. Bid must be submitted through the PA Supplier Portal, www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. The Bidders Reference Guide found on the PA Supplier Portal site contains instructions on how to complete the electronic bid and how to attach documents electronically.
BID RESULTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE DGS EMARKETPLACE WEBSITE (WWW.EMARKETPLACE.STATE.PA.US) UNDER SOLICITATION TABULATIONS ON THE DAY FOLLOWING THE BID OPENING.
