Description: The State Library of Pennsylvania has a mission to acquire, create, maintain, and preserve digital materials to provide and support free and open access to digital collections of cultural value for the people of Pennsylvania and beyond.
We require a full-featured digital asset management system for permanent archival preservation of digital content with a content management system to provide access to these materials for all users.
It also allows the State Library to provide this collection in a more accessible online format that increases usability for all Pennsylvanians.
Users will have increased accessibility to State Library of Pennsylvania collections.  Assistive technology such as screen readers, closed caption, transcriptions, and alt text will significantly improve access to materials.


PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.
