Description:

Includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal of snow from the grounds of the Farm Show Complex and Expo Center, as well as any and all additional property that has been duly and legally leased by the State Farm Products Show Commission, located at or near Cameron and Maclay Streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as well as any property under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in the immediate Harrisburg vicinity. This contract shall be in effect from November 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022.
There will be three (3) one (1) year options to renewal, mutually agreed upon by both parties. A mandatory site visit will be held on October 21, 2021 at 10:00 am. Interested Vendors will meet in the Cameron Street Lobby of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9443 with Jason Morgenstern, Building Supervisor, (717) 877-7026. Should any questions or discrepancies exist between the provisions of this contract and the actual work to be performed, the resources to be utilized by the contractor or other related matters, they shall be directed or reported to Jason Morgenstern for clarification and correction as appropriate. Any questions must be submitted five (5) days prior to date of bid opening.
