The Department of General Services (DGS), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to meet the needs of the Commonwealth Agencies for Scrap Aluminum Removal & Recycling. Any resulting contract would be a revenue generating contract by which the Commonwealth is paid for the aluminum collected by the awarded supplier.
This shall be a no cost or revenue producing contract to provide for the timely removal and recycling of scrap aluminum roadway signs and license plates from the PA Department of Transportation.
