Description: THIS BID IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.  YOU MUST TO SELF-CERTIFY AS A SMALL BUSINESS PRIOR TO BID OPENING DATE.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CERTIFICATE BY THE BID OPENING DATE, YOUR BID WILL BE DEEMED UNRESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.  Please go to www.smallbusiness.pa.gov  to self-certify.

Furnish all labor, materials & equipment for snow removal services from sidewalks, driveways & parking areas as required at the PA State Police, Troop E, Warren Station. 

This is an On-Call contract (see specifications attached to bid in the PA Supplier Portal).  Vendor to perform snow removal service per the General Specifications starting November 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026.

Quantities are based on estimated snow removal & granular deicing material in hours/tons/bags.

The Line Item for “Application of Deicing Material”  is only to be used for Icing events, when plowing is not required.


Attached to the IFB  document is a Proof of Visit form (found in www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us under the Solicitation Number, Notes and Attachments Tab) which must be signed by the Station Commander or designee & Vendor. The Contact Name and Phone number for this station is at the top of the form.  This form must be mailed or faxed to the number or address below, by the bid opening date.
