Description: The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of a new Crew Headquarters Building on State Game Lands #25 in City of Saint Marys, Elk County. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40’ x 80’ pole building with all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows and other building appurtenances.

In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913); separate bids are required and shall be submitted for the following Construction Contracts:
CONTRACT NO. 1 – GENERAL
CONTRACT NO. 2 – ELECTRICAL (Solicitation #6100052872)
CONTRACT NO. 3 – PLUMBING (Solicitation #6100052873)
CONTRACT NO. 4 – MECHANICAL (Solicitation #6100052884)
