**THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT ON JULY 15TH AT 9:30AM. PLEASE EMAIL TREBUCK@PA.GOV THE LIST OF INDIVIDUAL(S) NAMES OF WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT AS THEY WILL BE SCREENED BEFORE ENTERING THE FACILITY. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR LICENSE AND REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLE. ALL CONTRACTORS WILL ENTER IN THE LEFT LANE WHEN APPROACHING THE FRONT GATE. STOP AND WAIT AT THE STOP SIGN AS THE POLICE WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS. Address is 78 Mustang Alley, Middletown, PA. 17057 (map attached in bid documents).
The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, provide all professional services, supervision, safety, warranties, labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required to Construct Simulator Bay/Jet Engine Maintenance Shop Addition for the 193rd SOP and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.
