Description: The work under this contract shall provide all labor, materials, devices, tools, and equipment required to replace approximately 21,000 square feet of structural steel standing seam roofing panels, flashing/drip edge/fascia, gutters, and downspout on Building 19-79, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. 

Site visit will be MANDATORY.  Site visit will be held on May 29th at 1:00PM at Building 19-79 (map is attached to bid documents). Please contact Tina Rebuck at trebuck@pa.gov to confirm attendance. 

Due to the COVID-19 guidance, please make sure you maintain social distancing at the site visit and all contractors must wear a face mask when attending the site visit.
