This bid is set aside for Small Business. You MUST self-certify as a Small Business prior to bid opening date. Please go to www.smallbusiness.pa.gov to certify and get your certificate.
Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform janitorial services THREE (3) days per week at the PA State Police, Troop K, Philadelphia Station and in compliance with the General Specifications effective from 07/01/2020 through 06/30/2025 including THREE (3) ONE (1) year renewals.
Attached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form (found under the Solicitation Number in www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us), which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor. The Contact Name and phone number for the Station site visit is at the top of the form. This form must be mailed, emailed or faxed to the number and/or address below by the bid opening date.
