Description:
|
The work covered by these specifications shall be for One (1) year with Four (4) One (1) year renewal options beginning on 7/1/2020. Each year, the date of remediation shall be determined by Ralph Trautman, Pennsylvania State Police, Academy. Cancellation may occur at any time as per the Terms and Conditions of this contract. This contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise indicated) and performance of all operations in connection with the remediation of the Bullet Containment System at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, 175 East Hershey Park Drive, Hershey, PA 17033. The successful bidder, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” shall provide complete remediation and disposal of lead from the bullet trap. Due to the high use of the range, contractor will be expected to work beyond normal business hours, and over a weekend period extending from noon Friday through Sunday evening. Cancellation may occur at any time as per the Terms and Conditions of this contract. BID WILL BE FIRM AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE ALLOWED FOR EXTRA TIME OR SHIFTS TO COMPLETE JOB
