Description:
The awarded PO will cover an all-inclusive (unless otherwise noted) Mechanized Mist Spray Services to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. Specific spray areas and acreages will be determined by the Contracting Agency each year. The amount of spraying to be done each year will be contingent upon availability of Government funds. Treatment types include pre and post emergence and are being sprayed in forested and non-forested areas with varying terrain, slopes and management goals. Management goals include site preparation, elimination of invasive species, and habitat improvement for the Regal fritillary butterfly.
**ITEMS REQUIRED WITH BID SUBMISSIONS**
1. Copy of valid Pesticide Business License issued by PA Dept of Agriculture (PADA) in the category appropriate for ground spraying of forests (Category 5 - Forest Pest Control)
2. Picture of herbicide equipment to be used
