Description:
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (COPA), Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this RFP for Communication Management Services. The technology and services include but are not limited to an all-inclusive platform capable of providing a minimum of forty (40) separate Commonwealth Agency Users with either administrative or view only access to an up-to-date communications' management database maintained by the Offeror. A single complimentary user subscription for the Contracting Office must also be provided. This contract is able to be used by all Commonwealth agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction.
