Description:
Provide Mobile Digital Diagnostic Imaging Services at the PA Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home (PSSH) in accordance with the Project Statement and the Commonwealth Terms and Conditions incorporated within the solicitation.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
1. Potential bidders must have the appropriate licensure to provide Mobile Digital Diagnostic Imaging Services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The awarded contractor shall provide proof of three (3) years’ experience in long term and/or veterans services.
3. Potential bidders are required to have a provider number and bill Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers.
4. The awarded contractor shall be located within a 15-mile radius from the facility. Provider will come the facility.
