Description:
Pennsylvania’s Board of Pardons is seeking a contractor to build and implement a custom software solution for its clemency and pardons application process. Via the software solution, members of the public and/or their representatives will be able to securely apply for a pardon or clemency. Board of Pardons staff will be able to route the application digitally through each stage of the application review process. The software solution will allow for electronic, mobile-friendly, and paper-based submittal of pardon and clemency applications. The software solution will also allow for increased automation and streamlined efficiencies with processing of the applications.
