Description: PA Game Commission, Northcentral Region is soliciting electronic bids for operator services for new road construction and repairs be made to an administrative road in Clinton County.  Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools and equipment for the below outlined road repairs, as per the attached specifications.

The contractor will be required to improve an existing road, including crowning, ditching and grading, application of stone, and construction of water control structures.  The contractor will also be required to construct new road.  The contractor is required to provide the equipment, labor, insurance, materials and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation.
