Description:

The Department of Human Services, Polk Center is seeking a contractor to provide Annual Portable Gas Analyzer Testings located at Polk Center, 1 Lakewood Circle North, Polk PA 16342-0094.

Suppliers must enter firm prices for all contracted years. This IFB will result in a DHS Agency contract valid for Five Years.
Bids are due 10/18/19 at 10:00 AM and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.
