Description:
WELDING EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR SCI FOREST NEW WELDING PROGRAM. APPROVED EQUALS CAN BE QUOTED.
Only electronic bids are acceptable for submission. Bid must be submitted through the PA Supplier Portal, www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. The Bidders Reference Guide found on the PA Supplier Portal site contains instructions on how to complete the electronic bid and how to attach documents electronically.
No paper bids will be accepted. If paper bids are mailed; they will automatically be disqualified.
Bids will be evaluated on the date and time specified in the invitation for bids.
The bid tab results will be posted on www.emarketplace.state.pa.us, the morning after the bid opening date.
The bid tabulations are for information only and do NOT constitute actual award/execution of a contract. The results are the apparent bidders and all bids are under review until final award of the purchase order.
Bid will be awarded based on the lowest total sum. In the event of a discrepancy between the unit price and extension of figures, the unit price will prevail.
The contract quantities herein are estimated only and may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the Department.
