Description: The Hiram G. Andrews Center (HGAC) comprehensive vocational rehabilitation facility operated under the Commonwealth’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) within the Department of Labor & Industry (DLI), is seeking a solution which will meet its vocational rehabilitation and post-secondary data management needs in order to replace its current Student Information System (SIS). 

This shall include all vocational rehabilitation consumer activity at the HGAC and all post-secondary education consumer activity at the Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI).  This solution shall encompass all consumer activity including admissions, vocational evaluation, post-secondary education tracking, counseling, therapies, medical services, assistive technology, residential management, work-based learning management, student photos and business/billing functions.  Custom reporting shall also be required for Federal and State reporting.
