The Department of General Services (DGS) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP) # 115272, Flexible Spending Account/DCAP. The NFP can be located by copying the following link into your browser:

Topics for discussion will address, but not be limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, and best practices.
The event will be held at the Department of General Services, 555 Walnut Street, Forum Place, 6th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101 on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm EST.
The first one and one-half hours of the supplier forum (1:00 pm – 2:30 pm) is reserved for Offerors interested in becoming potential prime contractors for this RFP. The final hour of the supplier forum (2:30 pm – 3:30 pm) will be tailored for both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors. The last hour will include a presentation on the Commonwealth's Small and Small Diverse Business program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies and networking time for prospective prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.

Important Note: Please be aware that the Forum Place Parking Garage is not open for public parking and only those with Forum Place Commonwealth provided parking will be able to enter the garage. Public parking is available in the “5th Street Parking Garage” which is across the street from the entrance to the Forum Place Garage.
