Description: ***UPDATE to original Request to Advertise posted 08/12/2019***  MANDATORY SITE VISIT TO BE RESCHEDULED.  SUPPLIER FORUM IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND ATTENDANCE IS OPTIONAL.

The Department of General Services (DGS) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP)# 114978 - Broadcast Satellite Maintenance Services.  The NFP can be located by copying the following link into your browser:

Topics for dicussion will include, but not be limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, best practices and curent and future technology enhancements.

The event will be held at Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), 1312 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17101 on Wednesday, 10/16/2019 beginning at 9:00 AM - Rm 311.

The first hour of the supplier forum (9:00 - 10:00pm ET) is reserved for Offerors interested in becoming potential prime contractors for this Request for Proposal (RFP).  The second hour of the supplier forum (11:00pm - 12:00pm ET) will be tailored for both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.  The second hour will include a presentation on the Commonwealth's Small and Small Diverse Business program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies and networking time for prospective prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.

THIS MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE RESCHEDULED AFTER THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED. 


The final hours of the meeting will be a mandatory site visit for all potential suppliers to view all equipment located at PEMA's location and then travel to 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101 for the viewing of the additional equipment.
