The Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry is soliciting for services to provide for the collection, packaging, transportation, proper disposal and complete tracking documentation of pesticides collected in and disposed for the Commonwealth through the CHEMSWEEP program. Pesticides are defined as both liquid and solid materials that have been or are currently registered for sale and use as pesticides in the Commonwealth of PA.
