Description: Department of Human Services, Danville State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide Ambulance Services for consumers located at 50 Kirkbride Drive, Danville, PA 17821. Ambulance Services will include Emergency Ambulance/Paramedic Service, Advanced Life Support/Paramedic, BLS & Non-BLS Non-Emergency Transport (wheelchair van), and transfer of decedents to local morgue. This Invitation for Bid will result in a DHS Multiple Award Contract for qualified vendors to provide Ambulance Services for Danville State Hospital based on the attached Statement of Work.

Suppliers must enter firm prices for all contracted years.
Bids are due June 18, 2019 @ 10:00 AM and must be submitted electronically.  Late bids will be disqualified.  Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.
