This Invitation For Bid (IFB) is to supply the Pennsylvania State Police with 500 each of Hatch M2 Mission Specific Gear Bags, in black, custom-silk screened/heat pressed with "STATE TROOPER" on the top of each bag in 3" gold letters. This is a NO SUBSTITUTE purchase, as they must match existing equipment. This is a single purchase of 500 custom-printed bags, +/- 5% delivery tolerance, all delivered to on location. The details (specifications) and required form are electronically attached to the IFB. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the PA eMarketplace to view any change notices to this IFB. Any change notices shall become incorporated as part of the bid.
