Description: The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for rehabilitation of Scotia Range Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #176.  The scope of the project includes providing traffic control, performing maintenance on drainage features, treating “paved” areas, filling potholes and scarifying, grading and compacting the stone surface of a 15,375-foot long section of existing roadway. All bids require the contractor to provide the equipment, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the project.
