Description:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (COPA), Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this RFP for Electronic Monitoring Services. The technology and services include, but are not limited to, monitoring devices capable of operating in various operational modes, equipment, software, technical support, maintenance, and monitoring services. Monitoring service categories include: Traditional Radio Frequency (RF); Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Active; Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Passive; Alcohol/Breathalyzer Monitoring; and, Biometric Voice Verification. This contract is for use by the PA Board of Probation and Parole (PBPP) and their specific service requirements are identified in the Technical Submittal of this RFP.
