The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”), Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement (Issuing Office) is seeking qualified Offerors to provide Textiles to the Pennsylvania Correctional Industries (PCI), a Bureau of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, at various locations statewide. This advertisement for Textiles is entirely different than procurements in the past. This advertisement is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Materials but includes a Service element that allows for delivery of more than one hundred different textile items used by inmates to manufacture various items. Offerors MUST be capable of delivering the materials within the required lead times as stated in the RFP.
