Description:
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the demolition of the wood shop building (SB #174) and crew lunchroom building (SB #305) at the Loyalsock Game Farm in Eldred Township, Lycoming County. The wood shop is a 1-1/2-story wood frame, aluminum sided structure with concrete / block / stone footings / foundation and a building footprint of 1,260 square feet. The crew lunchroom is a 1-story wood frame structure with a concrete floor slab and concrete footings and a building footprint of 675 square feet. The scope of the project includes demolition of the buildings; complete removal of the footings, foundations and floor slabs; disposal of the building remains and disposal of interior items.
