Description:
Invitation to Bid (IFB). This contract will cover the requirements of the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations Mounted Unit for supply of bedding needed for Department horses per attached specifications.
Contract Term: January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
Further the parties may agree to renew this contract for four additional annual terms with the final termination date of December 31, 2023 upon the same terms and conditions set forth in this contract. Escalation clause will apply for each renewal term as per the specification.
Bidders to complete attached State of Manufacture Chart and electronically re-upload to bid response.
Bidder is reminded that the Commonwealth is a FOB destination. Bid cost to reflect new delivered cost.
