Description: The Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board (SOAB) is seeking a hotel to hold quarterly workshops for up to 300 guests (number of guests is an estimate), including SOAB Members, SOAB staff and other collaborative criminal justice partners.

The hotel MUST be on the Commonwealth of PA Preferred Lodging List

SOAB holds four trainings a year and needs hotel availability around February/March, May/June, August/September, and November/December.  Workshops begin Thursday afternoon and end Friday afternoon.  The hotel must be able to offer meeting rooms to accommodate up to 100 individuals, seated either classroom or banquet style, on Thursday from 12:00-21:00.  The hotel must also be able to offer a meeting room to accommodate up to 300 individuals, seated either classroom or banquet style, on Friday from 7:00-16:00.  The number of workshops and number of guests are subject to change.  SOAB requests a one year contract, with two one-year renewal options.
