NO ALTERNATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE ACCECPTED. IF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED WITH PRICING, THE VENDOR WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
