***COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMONWEALTH SOFTWARE LICENSING AGREEMENT WHICH MUST BE SIGNED AND ATTACHED TO BID.
37 STATE VEHICLES NEED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTORNIC DRIVERS LOG SYSTEMS. THESE UNITS WILL PROVIDE ELECTONRIC DRIVERS LOGS AND PRE/POST TRIP INSPECTIONS RECORDS, ADDITIONAL MONITORING FEATURES TO INCLUDE VEHICLE TELEMATICS TO BE COMPLIANT WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS AND CODES. ALONG WITH COMPLIANT WITH COMMONWEALTH LAWS AND REGULATIONS. TO BE USED IN ALL COMMERICAL VEHICLES USED BY CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES. THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL INSTALLATION, PARTS, AND MATERIALS, TRAINING AND MONITORING OF THE SYSTEM.
