The Department of Labor & Industry (L&I) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish multiple award Contracts for Non-Emergency Transport Services for State Workers’ Insurance Fund (SWIF). This is a multi-award contract. All responsive bidders will receive a contract. An award of a contract is not a guarantee of assignment of work. No work may be performed without the issuance of a Purchase Order. The term of the Contract is anticipated to begin September 1, 2018 and will go through June 30, 2021 with (2) one (1) year optional renewals. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONIALLY Bids are due July 30 @ 8:00 AM. Late bids will be disqualified. Failure to submit bid as described may result in your being rejected as a non responsive bidder. Bids will only be accepted electronically. Transport Services are capped at the identified prices by SWIF location, Bidders are asked to provide their hourly rate for driver services, not to exceed the capped hourly rate. Bidders will submit their price for the local office of service where service will be provided. All requirements to be completed and returned as part of the bid submission are outlined in the Statement of Work under Bid Submission. Completed documents must be attached to your electronic IFB in the PA Supplier Portal along with any Addendums posted to the IFB.
