37 STATE VEHICLES NEED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRONIC DRIVERS LOG SYSTEMS. THESE UNITS WILL PROVIDE ELECTRONIC DRIVERS LOGS AND PRE/POST TRIP INSPECTIONS RECORDS, ADDITIONAL MONITORING FEATURES TO INCLUDE VEHICLE TELEMATICS TO BE COMPLIANT WTIH FEDERAL MOTRO VEHICLE LAWAS AND CODES. ALONG WITH COMPLIANT WITH COMMONWEALTH LAWS AND REGULATIONS. TO BE USED IN ALL COMMERCIAL VEHICLES USED BY CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES. THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL INSTALLATION, PARTS AND MATERIALS, TRAINING AND MONTORING OF THE SYSTEM. UNITS WILL BE DIVIDED UP BETWEEN CI LOCATIONS/ VEHICLES ACROSS THE STATE. ****THIS IS A MULITPLE AWARD CONTRACT****ELECTRONIC BIDS ONLY*****PAPER BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED****EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED***ALL RESPONSES NEED TO BE DONE THROUGH THE EMARKETPLACE SUPPLIER PORTAL.
