Description:
|
The Department of Education, Bureau of Budget and Fiscal Management is seeking a vendor to assist in its Division of School Facilities. The Division of School Facilities is responsible for overseeing the Commonwealth’s PlanCon (Planning Construction Workbook) process, which assesses school district eligibility to receive state reimbursement on a building project. In addition, the PlanCon process ensures that school districts receiving these funds comply with all applicable state laws and regulations, including Act 34 of 1973, also known as the Taj Mahal Act. The Division of School Facilities also calculates the amount of reimbursement each eligible school district receives. The selected vendor will work in cooperation with Division of School Facilities’ Architectural Consultant.
