Please note: An addendum was issued for this bid on May 22, 2018. Changes were made to the Statement of Work, Section H General Contract Tasks, Blocks 1 & 2,3 to include Tahoe 3A(triclopyr 44.4% active ingredient) at a rate of 1.5 quarts per acre. Only Tahoe 3A may be used for this contract. No other equivalent of Tryclopyr may be used. The glyphosate, surfactant, and triclopyr will be dispensed with 25 gallons of liquid (including chemical) per acre. An updated Statement of Work is attached the Solicitation in SRM and on eMarketplace website.
The bid opening is now scheduled for Tuesday, May 29, at 2:00 p.m.
Please note this is a re-bid.
The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Forestry, Michaux State Forest requires the services of a contractor to provide a foliar herbicide with a machine only mist blower application in a specified forested area of the Michaux State Forest. Please refer to the Statement of Work and Attachments for specifics.
Services shall include, but not limited to, the furnishing of all materials, herbicides, labor, equipment, tools, superintendence, and performing all work necessary to complete the project to the satisfaction of and subject to approval of the Department.
