Description: Department of Human Services, Clarks Summit State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide Water and Sewage Testing located at 1451 Hillside Drive, Clark Summit, PA 18411.
Contractor will assure all water remains potable and in compliance with drinking water regulations established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the PA Department of Environmental Protection. Also, the Contractor will perform all waste water testing required.

The anticipated term for this service will be from 07/01/2018-06/30/2023. All submissions must be accompanied by a signed Proof of Visit and Lobbying Certification.

Suppliers must enter firm prices for all contracted years.
Bids are due May 31, 2018, at 2:00 PM and must be submitted electronically.  Late bids will be disqualified.  Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.
