PLEASE READ ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK IN IT'S ENTIRETY BEFORE BIDDING

THIS contract will cover the requirement for laundry service to the Pennsylvania State Police Training Education Academy located at 175 E. Hershey Park Drive, Hershey, PA 17033. Contract shall be effective for three (3) years with two optional one year renewals to begin July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals to terminate on June 30, 2023.. Items include, but are not limited to:

1. Flat laundry - bed sheets
2. Finished laundry - bedspreads & blankets
3. Pillowcases
4. Laundry bags - 36x18 flamex material
5. Coveralls
6. Boonie caps - military style hats
7. Class A shirts - button down long/short sleeve shirts
8. Fatigue shirts - similar to a polo shirt

Vendor's MUST be within a twenty (20) mile radius of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, 175 E. Hershey Park Drive, Hershey, PA 17033. SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION & ANTI-SWEATSHOP CERTIFICATION MUST BE ATTACHED TO BID. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND TERM&CONDITIONS. PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.
