THIS BID IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. YOU MUST TO SELF-CERTIFY AS A SMALL BUSINESS PRIOR TO BID OPENING DATE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CERTIFICATE BY THE BID OPENING DATE, YOUR BID WILL BE DEEMED UNRESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Please go to www.smallbusiness.pa.gov to self-certify.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to cut, trim and maintain grass area at the PA State Police, Troop C, Kane Station, FOUR (4) cuttings per month and once a month weed control. Service period is 04/01/2018 thru 06/30/2022.
Refer to attached Bid Specifications for more information.
Attached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form (found under the Solicitation Number in www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us), which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor. The Contact Name and phone number for the Station site visit is at the top of the form. This form must be mailed, emailed or faxed to the number and/or address below by the bid opening date.
