Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Office of Active and Abandoned Mining Operations (AAMO), Bureau of District Mining Operations (DMO), requires a contractor(s) to provide helicopter charter service to DMO personnel for conducting aerial inspections of coal mining sites and other official missions required by the Bureau Director in the Anthracite and Bituminous regions of the Commonwealth.
NOTE: A pre-bid meeting will be held on at 10:30 a.m. (eastern) on February 14, 2018 in the first floor Juniata conference room at DEP South-Central Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17110.
Electronic bidding procedures will be explained at the pre-bid meeting and bidders will have the opportunity to ask detailed technical questions about any of the contract options. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended, but not a mandatory prerequisite to submitting a bid.
