Description: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) is seeking to obtain an experienced Offeror to provide Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) services. The selected Offeror shall have the systems and resources to provide complete, accurate, timely and efficient services as outlined within this RFP to the Catastrophic Loss Benefits Continuation Fund (Auto CAT Fund) and the Workers’ Compensation Security Fund (WCSF) (collectively “the Funds”) that operate within the Pennsylvania Insurance Department’s Bureau of Special Funds (“Bureau”).
