Description:
|
Furnish all labor, material, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance twice per year to the Emergency Generator located at the PA State Police, Troop H, Department Headquarters, 8000 Bretz Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17112. Also included a price for emergency for non-scheduled repairs.
This price will include a flat rate travel charge and an hourly labor cost. Parts will be supplied at cost without markup. All as per the Bid Specification ATTACHED TO IFB.
BILLING WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL TIME SPENT ON THE JOB PLUS FLAT TRAVEL CHARGE AND MATERIALS USED FOR EACH SERVICE CALL BASED ON RATES AND COSTS QUOTED HEREIN. CONTRACTOR AGREES TO FURNISH PA STATE POLICE A COPY OF THE INVOICE FROM WHERE A PART WAS PURCHASED ON ANY PARTS COSTING $100.00 OR MORE. RENTAL EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY USED IN MAINTENANCE WORK, WILL BE BILLED FOR COST OF EQUIPMENT AND INVOICE WILL BE FURNISHED.
