The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Administration (OA) is seeking to implement an enterprise print services solution to include software, hardware, leased MFDs, and other network connected printing devices. The solution must be on-premise and support existing legacy devices that have support for these services. The key components for this service are to support badge reader functionality for centralized print release as well as supporting a centralized method for reporting and monitoring device utilization. All MFD devices that are presented by the offeror must have the capability to integrate into the enterprise solution.
