Description:
Contractor shall provide On-Site Medical Services. This shall include Medical Director, Physician & Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Services. The awarded contractor must have experience providing or administrating the provision of medical services in long term care and/or veteran medical services within the last three (3) years. The awarded contactor must have an affiliation and admitting privileges with a hospital within a twenty (20) mile radius of the Southwestern Veterans Center.
