Description: The Department of Labor and Industry is seeking a contractor to analyze and evaluate the State Workers' Insurance Fund's (SWIF) current investment strategy and investment portfolio, recommend money managers to the State Worker’s Insurance Board (SWIB), develop and monitor investment strategies to recommend to SWIB, manage the money managers, monitor Treasury performance, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for SWIF management.
