The Bureau of Food Safety is conducting its 2017 Annual Training this year in the Harrisburg, PA area on September 18 - 21, 2017. While rooms are an estimate & actual usage may change, at this point the Bureau is requesting 61 rooms per night. The billing rate within State allotted cost per room, no charge for double occupancy; free refrigerator & high speed in the rooms; free large conference room that hold approximately 100 people for all four days; free small meeting room that will hold approximately 15 people for all four days; free adequate parking for 100 people; free beverages during breaks, i.e., ice water, coffee, ice tea; free use of equipment i.e., screen, microphone, overhead & pointers; free rooms for one guest speaker for each night; the price bid must include all applicable taxes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is state tax exempt. For every 50 rooms a complimentary Suite/Room at no charge. Formal quotes will be accepted electronically only.
