ROUTINE MEDICALTRANSPORATION SERVICES
Description:
Contractor shall directly provide Non-Emergent Transportation Services. Transport will be within a twenty-five mile radius from DVVH to appointments at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center or Medical Provider required by the resident. Services are required 24 hour/365 days a year. Routine service will be performed during normal business hours of 6:00 am through 6:00 pm with after hour service occurring between 6:01 pm through 5:59 am. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 25, 2017 at 10:00 am.
An additional mandatory site visit will be available on June 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM. If you have attended the previous site visit on May 25, 2017 you do not have to attend.
