Procurement by RFP of Instant Lottery Game Services and Lottery Gaming System Services resulting in two contracts. This RFP has 2 lots. Lot 1 – Instant Lottery Game Services and Lot 2 – Lottery Gaming System Services. The PA Lottery currently is partnered with online gaming system provider Scientific Games through a contract which was originally awarded in 2009, with the agreement scheduled to expire June 30, 2019. Instant ticket services were awarded to Scientific Games in 2007 and are contracted through June 30, 2019. (Note: Lottery’s advertising services are contracted with MARC USA through April 2019. Advertising services are not part of this RFP.
